Waiver & Release of liability

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a perfume workshop organized by JIL CROQUET PARFUM. I understand that this activity involves handling fragrant materials, essential oils, alcohol-based products, and small equipment, and may involve prolonged standing or sitting.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the workshop carries inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, dizziness, fainting, or accidental physical injury (e.g., slips, trips, or falls). I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any such risks, known or unknown, that may arise from my participation.

2. Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically able to participate and do not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I will inform the workshop organizers of any relevant medical concerns in advance.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless JIL CROQUET PARFUM, its owner(s), agents, employees, contractors, and the venue from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may result from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. No Guarantee

I understand that results may vary and that no specific outcome is guaranteed from participating in the workshop.
